1. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms & Policies govern:

  • the sale and delivery of image consulting services,

  • the use of the website,

  • the processing of personal data under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA,

  • the use of cookies and tracking technologies.

By using this website or booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Reflair Studio offers remote, personalised image consulting services, including colour analysis, style analysis, silhouette & face shape analysis, wardrobe coaching and personalised PDF booklets.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  1. The client selects a service online.

  2. Full payment is made via the secure Stripe checkout.

  3. A confirmation email is received.

Payments are due in full at the time of booking.
Reflair Studio is a VAT-exempt micro-enterprise (Art. 293 B CGI).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client:

  • More than 24 hours before → free rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours → no refund.

  • No-show → no refund.

Reflair Studio:

In case of unforeseen unavailability, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

​

​

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a high-quality service, the client must:

  • complete the onboarding form,

  • send required photos following the guidelines,

  • attend the consultation on time,

  • provide accurate information.

Delay in providing materials may extend the delivery timeframe.

6. Delivery of Personalised Booklets

The personalised PDF booklet is delivered by email within 5 working days after the consultation, unless otherwise stated.

This content is personal and may not be shared or reproduced.

7. Withdrawal Rights

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no withdrawal right applies to:

  • personalised digital services,

  • services executed before the end of the withdrawal period.

By booking, the client expressly agrees that work may begin immediately and waives the right of withdrawal.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (PDFs, illustrations, sketches, text, recommendations) remains the exclusive property of Reflair Studio.
Any reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

9. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

9.1 Data collected

Reflair Studio collects:

  • Identification: name, email

  • Billing info (via Stripe)

  • Photos for analysis

  • Questionnaire data

  • Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser information

9.2 Purpose

Data is used to:

  • deliver the purchased service,

  • prepare the personalised analysis,

  • process payment,

  • send communications,

  • ensure website performance (analytics).

No data is sold.

9.3 Legal basis

Processing relies on:

  • Contractual necessity

  • Consent (photos, cookies, optional data)

  • Legal obligation (billing)

  • Legitimate interest (security, analytics)

9.4 Storage

  • Photos & analysis materials: up to 3 years, unless deletion requested

  • Billing: 10 years (legal requirement)

Clients may request:

  • restriction,

  • portability,

  • withdrawal of consent.

California residents have the right to:

  • request deletion,

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be heard by the competent French courts.
